SECTION 1

BRANDING AND BRAND IDENTITY

1.

How many logo proposals will I receive for my brand?

We develop 3 conceptual logo proposals that are completely different from each other. Each one responds to the prior research and the strategy defined for your project, giving you solid, purposeful options to choose the one that best represents your business's DNA.

2.

How many rounds of changes or adjustments are included?

All our branding projects include 2 rounds of changes. This lets you fine-tune visual details, colors or typefaces on the selected proposal. Any additional adjustment outside these rounds is quoted separately.

3.

What are the delivery times for a branding project?

Each branding plan has a different development process and complexity. When the project starts, we give you a detailed schedule of activities with the committed delivery date.

Important note: Meeting the schedule strictly depends on timely feedback. How quickly the client validates and sends comments within the set deadlines is key to avoid delivery delays.

4.

How do you carry out the market study for my brand?

The depth of the study depends on the plan you hire:

Branding Advance: We carry out market research in the digital space, competitor mapping and social media audits.

Branding Prime: We carry out complete research that includes direct calls, geographic and digital mapping, online surveys, demographic review and a social media audit.

5.

How does the naming and trademark registration process work?

We develop strategic, memorable names. As part of the process, we run a preliminary check of commercial viability and digital availability (on commercial sites and social media) to make sure the name can be used.

Legal clarification: The viability check done by the agency is a technical and commercial filter. The formal trademark registration process before the relevant legal authorities is the sole responsibility of the client.

6.

In which formats do you deliver the final branding files?

When the project ends and the full balance is paid, you will receive an organized brand kit in the following formats:

JPG: High-resolution images with background.

PNG: Files with a transparent background (ideal for placing over photos or digital media).

Editable PDF: Vector files for professional printing and editing.

SECTION 2

SOCIAL MEDIA AND CONTENT MANAGEMENT

7.

How does social media content creation work?

We work with a structured monthly flow:

1.

We design a content calendar.

2.

We present a shooting plan with the scripts and concepts to film.

3.

We run the production day (photos and videos).

Production responsibility: The costs or hiring of models, locations, set design, props, accessories or wardrobe required by the strategy are paid directly by the client.

8.

How many rounds of changes are included in the social media service?

We include 2 rounds of changes per deliverable. This applies to every stage of the service: the strategy proposal, the monthly content calendar and the editing of videos or graphic pieces. Any additional adjustment outside these 2 rounds, or requested after approval, is quoted separately.

9.

How do you create my content if I am in another city or outside the country?

For clients located away from our office or abroad, we offer 3 flexible options:

1.

Sending raw footage: We give you technical advice and guidelines so you can film, and our team does the professional editing and final layout.

2.

Shipping products to our studio: You ship your products to us by courier and we take care of the whole shooting plan, set building and production in our studio.

3.

Team travel (production trip): Our audiovisual team travels to your city or country. In this option, the client covers all travel expenses (tickets, lodging, meals and equipment transport).

10.

Do you guarantee sales if I hire social media management?

No, organic social media management does not guarantee direct sales.

Social media management aims to build brand reputation, create trust, educate the audience, position your visual identity and keep an active community. Sales are the result of an ecosystem that depends on the quality of your product/service, your prices, customer service, response speed on WhatsApp/DM, available stock and paid ad strategies.

SECTION 3

ADVANCED STRATEGIES AND DIGITAL TRAFFIC

11.

How do you run a Launch Campaign?

We develop a strategy structured in 3 stages:

1.

Teaser: We create intrigue on digital channels to spark the audience's interest.

2.

Reveal: We present the brand or product with paid ads, high-impact posts and a direct call to action.

3.

Sustain: We keep the initial interest alive with promotions and retention content to turn leads into clients.

12.

How do you run a Brand Activation?

We design the creative experience that connects the audience with the brand both in person and online. It includes the concept of the dynamic, the promotional graphic line, the strategy to capture client data (leads) and real-time coverage for social media.

13.

How does the Digital Trafficker (paid ads) service work?

We optimize your investment in digital advertising (Meta Ads / Google Ads):

1.

Account setup and measurement tools.

2.

Target audience segmentation by behavior and interests.

3.

Creation of strategic ads (design and persuasive copywriting).

4.

Daily monitoring, budget optimization and performance reports.

Budget clarification: The amount paid to the agency is the Digital Trafficker's management fee. The budget that runs the ads on the platforms is paid directly to Meta or Google with the client's card.

SECTION 4

PACKAGING DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

14.

What kind of materials do you use to make the packaging?

We work with a wide variety of substrates depending on the strength, look and function your product needs:

Micro-flute corrugated board: Ideal for shipping, e-commerce boxes and products that need more protection.

Pressed / rigid board: Perfect for luxury packaging, premium lines and special presentation boxes.

Commercial and specialty papers: Bond paper, coated paper, kraft and fine textured papers for labels, sleeves or light packaging.

15.

Do you have a packaging catalog to choose from?

We do not have a standard packaging catalog. All our packaging is 100% custom and made to the exact size of your product, adapting to your specific dimensions, brand concept, required strength and type of unboxing experience.

16.

What are the delivery times for a packaging project?

When the sale is made and we analyze the technical complexity of the packaging, our team will give you a committed delivery date in your schedule. The total time covers everything from the concept phase and die-line/design approval to the production of the batch you ordered.

17.

What is the minimum quantity of packaging I can order?

Our minimum production run is 300 units.

However, to optimize your investment, we always recommend producing from 1,000 units. In the printing and packaging industry, the fixed costs of printing, die-cutting and machine setup are spread over a larger volume, so making 1,000 units significantly lowers the unit cost per package and gives you a much better cost-benefit ratio.

SECTION 5
